HOW THE EVENING WILL FLOW
On arrival participants will receive a herbal tea shooter to cleanse and purify and allow you to settle in while we deliver a short welcoming introduction
YOGA – 25 MINS
A gentle yoga flow will be led by Yoga mentor Michelle Jayne
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION – 25 MINS
A guided mindfulness mediation will be led by Josh Blau
DISCUSSION & TEA
Grab a cup of Calmer Chai or a refreshing herbal tisane, while we lead a discussion and touch on some topics related to mental illness & personal wellbeing
MINGLE & NOURISH
Get your mits on some delicious nourishing food generously supplied by Fourth Chapter

Approximately 1 in 4 people will be effected by mental illness at some point in their lives. With statistics like this there is a strong possibility that we have either experienced mental illness on a personal level or have a close friend of family member who has.
Our modern day society is fast paced, with loads of digital stimulation at every angle and often unrealistic expectations placed on us from an external environment which doesn’t always mimic reality. It’s easy to lose sight of what you really value in the blur of everyday life. Loving and nurturing others begins with a genuine love & respect for oneself. Prioritising dedicated time for ourselves to go inward and reconnect with who we are can often be neglected. We hope to facilitate and inspire positive change for individuals.
