Our mission is to help raise awareness on the importance of stepping back from our busy lives and making dedicated time for ourselves to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves through yoga, mindfulness, tea & community.
Our mission is to help raise awareness around and funds for mental health organisations.
Approximately 1 in 4 people will be effected by mental illness at some point in their lives. With statistics like this there is a strong possibility that we have either experienced mental illness on a personal level or have a close friend of family member who has.
Our modern day society is fast paced, with loads of digital stimulation at every angle and often unrealistic expectations placed on us from an external environment which doesn’t always mimic reality. It’s easy to lose sight of what you really value in the blur of everyday life. Loving and nurturing others begins with a genuine love & respect for oneself. Prioritising dedicated time for ourselves to go inward and reconnect with who we are can often be neglected. We hope to facilitate and inspire positive change for individuals.
