Full Moon Meditation

A Full Moon πŸŒ• is the lunar phase that occurs when the moon is completely illuminated as seen from earth 🌏

According to ancient philosophers, the moon impacts human behaviours and moods by it’s gravitational pull on our boy systems. The human body is 75% fluids which relates to inner tides reflecting the tides of the ocean 🌊

This meditation works with releasing that which no longer serves your purpose. Under the guidance of the Full Moon, allow yourself to visualise releasing the old. As you let go, use the energy of the Full Moon to allow healing to wash through you. Bring the essence of your inner light to shine brightly, as you continue to move forward on your path.
