Michelle is available for one on one sessions at various times during the week.

A Private Yoga Class can assist you with specific health concerns, rehabilitation from injury, adjustments and alignment for your practice, technique, focusing on a certain aspect of yoga (meditation, breathwork, asana) and also to just enjoy a session in the luxury of your own home and your chosen time.
