Done on a Reformer Pilates machine, a more dynamic and intense workout than mat based pilates.

You will work muscles through a large range of motion, and increase strength around joints, adding different levels of resistance with the springs on the reformer machine.

Reformer Pilates works more areas than matwork as matwork is mostly core whereas reformer works the entire body and more the peripheral muscles of the arms and legs.
